Open for dinner Tuesday to Sunday, from 19:30 to 23:00. Closed on Mondays.
The restaurant
Franca and Mauro welcome you to a rustic yet elegant room, with old-school music in the background. Perfect for large tables and for dinners for two, with a menu out of the ordinary.
The cooking is conductive and thermophoretic: heat reaches the meat evenly, the surface browns while the inside stays tender, with no charring. All meats are certified and inspected.
If you are a group, book ahead: from 6 guests we may ask for a small deposit to secure the table.
